Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted for US and Canada within 15 days of your order delivery. We offer free returns and exchanges!
Returns and exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition, if the items appear worn or damaged, we will ship your order back and cancel the return process.
Returns are not available for custom name jewelry, if there is an issue with your item, we will gladly repair it free of charge or provide you with a store gift card for the balance of the item.
International sales are final with the exception of Canadian orders. Custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We have a 4 month free repair policy at que cute for our handmade jewelry items and hand-sewn bags. If the item breaks from normal wear, please email us at email@example.com with a picture so we can get your item fixed up! We cover the repair and shipping costs for up to 4 months after you recieve your item in the mail.
4 months after the delivered date (the date in which your item was delivered to your doorstep by the shipping carrier), repairs are still free but the shipping fees are no longer covered by que cute.
Our repair policy does not cover accidents that go beyond normal wear. For example, if your necklace gets stuck and you accidentally break the chain, these repairs are not covered under our 4 month free repair policy. We are happy to fix your items for a small fee ranging from $5-$15 depending on the item and what needs to be fixed.
Que Cute reserves the right to make decisions on repairs and exchanges that stray away from our usual policies under unusual circumstances.
